err we need a better tag than -={THG}=-, those tags are too common, and lets use lowercase letters
how about:

=|t.h.g|=(playersname)

u lowercase? also, that design looks like american flag for some reason, don't think it's good.

ah, I see about the lowercase. here's the issue- I just played and saw 5 clans with either a =|xxxx|= or -|xxxx|- tag.
