You should be fine with that laptop, i'm not saying that you will be able to max the game out or anything, but you should be able to have high on most settings at 1080p w/ no anti aliasing. But that looks like a great laptop. Also as a suggestion for the same money as that HP you could get an alienware laptop from the dell outlet, if you call them they currently have a 15% off coupon and you could get a M14x for around $800ish, and the M17xr3's start around $950. I just ordered one with an i7 2760, 4 gigs ddr3, 750g hard drive, 2 gig 6990, and a 1080p display for $1169.

I'd give that laptop my vote of confidence.

Diablo 3 isn't a super demanding game. And it doesn't look bad on lower settings either.

There are Dell outlets? I'm not familiar with Dell since I've been using the same HP laptop for almost 4 years now, but I know 14" is too small and 17" is too big/expensive. I think the HP laptop I'm looking at seems like middle ground at a good price/size with decent specs. I'm really glad to get positive feedback regarding its potential to run the game, though.
