How do i get theme hospital to work on windows 7?

I have a windows 7 laptop, but when I put the Theme Hospital disc in the drive, it comes up with a message that says:

The program or feature "\??D:\WinSetup\Setup.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows.

I have no idea what this means... is there any way to get the game to work?
Any help would be appreciated thanks!

That game probably has a 16-bit installer program (setup.exe) and those won't run on 64bit Windows (Vista or 7).

It looks like you can copy the whole contents of the CD into your hard disk and get it to work.
