I have a friend you had a tojan virus infect his computer and took out his
norton anti virus program. Someone helped him get the computer back by
restoring it i believe and get his norton anti virus back, but after the
virus was removed it seems when he shutdown his computer it does not respond.
He gets no error messages, just stops responding. Any suggestions would
help please.

I believe he is missing something or there is a conflict with a software or
hardware.

HELP is needed thank you
