Yet another broken Vectrex

Sorry if you guys are tired of threads like this, but I could use some
help fixing my vectrex. When you power it up, you can hear the game
playing fine. But all I see on the screen is a very short horizontal
line in the upper right hand side of the screen. The line is dim on
the left side but bright on the right side. The length of the line
changes slightly as the game plays. If I hold down the reset button,
the dot drifts to the center of the screen. I've read about the 'white
dot' problem alot of Vectrexes (Vectrices?) get, but this seems a
little different. Any ideas?
