Get IE to open expanded windows

Go to Start > Programs and right-click on Internet Explorer
and choose "Maximized" from the "Run" drop-down list,
then click Apply.

i cant even follow this.... when you go to start > programs > ie and right
click; there is no maximized.... am i missing something here carey?

Their is no Maximized from the Run drop down list. I only get Run As . . ??

thanks fitz that clears up what carey was trying to explain, but does that
work just for the shortcut or is the for ie its self?
