I installed service pack two, and now my computer keeps freezing. The only
way thing I can do is unplug it. Does anyone know how to repair this? Also
my computer will "hick-up" ocasionaly, its like a computer freeze for a
scecond then back to normal, my mouse pointer stops where it was then moves
again, my movies and music stop then go again, it also happens when I type.
Event Viewer dose nothing for me. So if anyone knows how to fix this I would
really apprecate it.

Some driver, probably Video, needs changing. I would try the 'Roll back driver' option in device manager
