Hi...
I don't know if this is the correct area to post this. If not, please
accept my apologies - and please let me know which area I should post the
following to.
Situation: Trying to install webconferencing software for IPOWERWORLD.
Installed, when I get to the point where I login, the SERVER BUSY box
appears...don't know why, and I think that signifies problem #1. Anyhow, I
press RETRY - and it attempts to connect to the room. However, It never does
because it gets a "VISUAL C++ RUNTIME ERROR / Abnormal termination" on the
main exe module, MIC.exe. To the best of my knowledge, the PC is virus and
spyware-free, cookies and cache deleted...updated NVIDIA driver and made sure
JAVA is current, etc. ALL to NO AVAIL.
If anyone can help me with this, it would be more than greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!
