BSOD: Please Help

my computer was fine before but after I installed counter strike, i am getting BSOD randomly, the first time I played counter strike, there was no BSOD but the second time I played counter strike, as soon as i double-clicked the counter strike icon, I got the BSOD, I then re-installed counter strike with another patch, not the one I was using before, now counter strike works fine but I get BSOD randomly. Here's more detail:
