On the manufacturing front. Another thing Nvidia said was impossible to too hard to do is now coming in the form of the 9600 XT the first card to use the 0.13 low-k process, once said by Nvidia to be partly to blame for the NV30 fiasco because it wasn't ready and they couldn't get it ready in time, which they blamed on TSMC

i wonder if having the .13 on the 9600 XT will make it better then the 9500 Pro... i know that the 9600pro can sometimes beat the 9500pro but for the most part no.

perhaps they'll put in some of the 9500pro's features?

The 9600 Pro is already on the .13 micron process, the XT just uses a newer/1337er method called low-k.
Special K = Ketamine = general anesthetic/psychadelic (hallucinogenic), similar effects to LSD, lasting approximately 4-6 hours (using 100-500mg doses), available in liquid form over the counter in mexico. I'm sure its fun stuff but its dangerous (quite), bad for you, and WRONG like all drugs used for such purposes.

depends on what the clock and mem speeds are...as well as any added features, not just changing to .13.

i wonder if having .13 on the 9600XT will make it even easier to overclock to the level of the 9800pro because of the lower heat dissipation
