I have been trying to run the update for my route for a
while now and nothing seems to work. I have read the
boards and I have not found a solution that works.
I have disabled all anti-virus sw, firewalls, pop up
blockers, and VPN software. I get the same message no
matter what.
"The wizard could not update the foolowing components.
Click retry. If the problem is still not successful,
follow the steps in the Help link at the bottom of the
page. Then click Retry again."
It is having trouble updating the application software and
not the firmware.
Any ideas other than what MS suggests in their useless
link?
