Splutter... What?

At the start of the season he broke the record for European goals scored by
a player at a British club when he collected his 31st strike in a 4-0 win
against MTK Hungária FC in the Champions League qualifying round. Went on to
enjoy another prolific campaign as Celtic won the double, scoring twice in
his final competitive game in green and white, a victory in the Scottish Cup
final.

And 3 goals for Sweden in Portugal.

Doing all of that and still not getting voted proves that the scottish
domestic competitions and records are not so highly rated worldwide.

That's more impressive than all the above, still not enough to place
him in the top 10.

And what of note did he actually do then?

31 isn't a record anyway is it?

I was being a wee bit facetious. For Celtic, he was a god but Barcelona
tended to use him as a sub. How galling.
