Check out this article...it is legit...I went to the site and checked out if what they were talking about really happens...it does. Perhaps it will be fixed by the time you check this but let me assure you that it is/was true.

I captured a screen of it...if anyone wants it, let me know and I'll mail it to you. It begs to ask the question...which one did you use anand? Prescott or Regular?

Wow, I didn't know there was hidden text, I only thought that since some said it was a Prescott, because the test clock system was not the usual 3.2, and we've seen some 2.8 Prescott on the net tested.

That is actually scary on their part to do such a thing. I don't know what is going on, but this isn't like Anand to be this unethical in his articles, with the Prescott white text and the use of unreleased nV drivers.

Intel isnt soo pleased either nVidia is confused they are useing old shite drivers. I was told they have those drivers we dropped right away after Gabe mentioned the fog issues and the Aquamark issues.

Wow! The fact is, they didn't SPECIFY WHICH 2.8GHz Intel processor they used in a way anyone would normally notice, could they be sliding in some early Prescott testing on the fly? It looks like everything was done to make nVidia as competitive as possible! Uh...I should shut up now.

You've got to love screen capture technology. This debacle couldn't be as easily proven without it!

My OS features preemptive multitasking, a fully interactive command line, & support for 640K of RAM!

I can tell you from my emails with Intel they are very very very upset that its still there and that Anandtech is showing the hardware before the NDA is up. Probably enough that Anandtech wount be releaseing their Prescott CPU untill all the other major sites have done it. Or possibly a law suit since I havent heard of anyone stupid enough to break NDA's.

Bad times for Anandtech bad times indeed.
