I'm hoping someone can help resolve an error message I keep receiving. It
says, "The instruction at "0x74706b41" referenced memory at "0x74706b41".
The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program."
The application bar (?) for this error message reads, "CiceroUIWndFrame:
mwset32.exe - Application Error"

I too get this message, when playing the Splinter Cell Chaos Theory demo, and
while running Firefox. It is pretty rare, and I have come to believe that it
is an error with the application itself, and is nothing you can fix.
However, I may be wrong... if you do find a fix for this problem, please
email me at scar_scar_scar_scar@hotmail.com and tell me.

This type of error message is almost always a programming fault in the
application program. The most common example of this type of error
is when the application program tries to read information from a
memory address (usually a program variable) without first having
stored something there to be read.
Check with the supplier of that application program for a possible
fix.
Good luck
