Using Internet Explorer, often when I enter www.google.co.uk into my address
bar I am faced with a blank screen.

Has anyone else encountered this or can anyone please explain this?

click on the globe Internet, bottom screen right. Make the adress approval.

i must be a donut, but don't know what the globe internet is?

in internet explorer go to tools>internet choices>security
