How long have your laptop adapter lasted

My original adapter lasted for 3years. Since then, I have changed 3 adapters. One was broken just a few days after I bought it. One lasted for several month. I didn't give much expectation to those replacement adapter any more. but this ravpower adapter do exceed my expectation and have been working for more than a year. Lucky for me, i don't need to change adapter frequently. So I wonder how long have your repacement laptop adapter lasted? a few months or longer?

Power adapters can last you a lifetime if you are careful when wrapping the cord. In almost all cases the power cord is damaged and not the power unit itself.

IBM ThinkPad T40 purchased in 2003. Still using original power adapter.
