crash loading windows (video capture conflict)

when i install the capture drivers for my Ti4200-VTD8X (MS-8894), and connect the cable for my tv-OUT, my computer crashes loading windows (blue screen and restart). if i disconnect my tv-OUT, everything works fine. even when i disconnect tv-in, and just connect out, it still crashes. no crash when i disconnect everything. seems like a driver conflict to me. i have tried the newest drivers and have tried to roll back and nothing will work. anyone have a fix? ohh yeah, specs are win xp pro, 512 mb kingston mem, via p4pb motherboard. thanks
