run-time error 438 problem

when i run the program in that link http://funhelper.com/casinoisland.htm
i get run-time error 438 so the program close after i press ok
system information
windows xp PRO SP2
and what more information you need so i can give you to help me with that
error

Have you tried contacting support for the program yet? Usually a runtime
error means a problem with the program code.
