I bought an acer netbook for my grandson for Christmas, and the "a" key has come off. t can"t be reattached. How can I get it replaced?

Although a broken key may not be covered, it can easily fall under misuse or regular wear and tear. They are very cheap to buy on ebay though and pretty easy to replace.
