Cannot access internet

Each time i open the computer, I have a AppTitle window appearing which has
the message "Failed to create empty document". I am also unable to access the
internet. Is it due to this error? How do I fix this? When I connect my
laptop to the DSL line it works fine? Can you please help?

the netsh command in SP2 can rebuild your Winsock. Open the command prompt and type: netsh winsock reset , then press ENTER.
