Network sharing, passwords and private stuff

There are 4 systems on my network. Two computers in the apartment upstairs, mine and my ps3.

I would like to enable network sharing for pictures, music and videos to all 4 systems. In addition to this I would like to have some folders with restricted access to only my ps3 and my system.

How can I accomplish this?

What operating system are each of the 3 computers running? Since you posted this in the Windows 7 section, I'm assuming at least one has Windows 7, but we need to confirm all 3 computers.

One is XP, one is Vista, mine is Windows 7.
