it is called asymmetrical crossfire
it is part of the new dual gpu configurations that amd is promoting
please check if the specifications of the laptop confirm this and if it states crossfire possible then it should support it
however currently this type of crossfire does not boost performance significantly
sometimes the performance can be worst
and there is an added issue of microstuttering
