Yes, Low or Medium is fine. High would of course be best.

Watching films, listening to music, quality does not have to be very good.

Asus and HP are my prefered brands, because research show that Asus is good and HP is even better, but HP focusses less on gaming.
I do not want Acer, I have had terrible experience with acer.
