FA: Super Pac Man PCB minor sound issue

This is for a working Super PacMan PCB, it has been tested for 24 hours
straight. It has been tested for video, color, sounds and joystick input, it
works fine in upright and cocktail mode except for the following: the sound
is slightly distorted for the intro and during pac mans "death", otherwise
it plays fine and just sounds a bit off. I can confidently say it is
extremely playable and is a great deal left as is but if you do board level
repairs is even a better deal.

There is a new ribbon cable and some of the socketed IC's have been
replaced.I believe the problem is in IC 3A or 3B but I have none of these
chips and need to start clearing out some of my collection.
