Trendmicro, Ad Aware, Spybot, Hijackythis, etc,;;;;
I still have the problem.

The type of behavior you describe is typical behavior of more than
one virus/worm, the three below being the most common:

W32.Klez

Because many of the newer viruses and worms, such as the Spybot

Well , Trend, symnatec, ad aware, spybot, panda, .
No one product can remove these anymore.
So I saved what I could of the users file and the like: format c: was the
answer.
XP still equals xtra pain.
