Hi im think about buying Hightech Excalibur ATI Radeon 9700Pro All-In-Wonder 128Mb TV-out Video-in coz it´s the only card i can find with decent price and video in. Is this a good card and will i lose lots of fps when playing games in compare with 9800pro ?

9700Pro perform the same as its AIW brothers. Eg, no lose of fps while playing game.

Of course, 9800pro is faster...

Worst case scenario = your 9700p will be 10fps slower in a game.

But not by a huge margin. 9700 Pro AIW represents very good bang for buck right now.

Before you decide, have a look at the review of the ATi 9600 Pro AIW at http://www.anandtech.com

Yeah. The AIW are just a 9700pro with added features. If anything it may be a tad faster....

My 5v rail is about the same as yours, and I have a 480w antec true power psu. Your psu should be ok.
