Seems nV may be Pi$$ed at Hexus for NDA breach.

Like I frst mentioned in the R9600XT review post, and Snorkius focused on in his NV36 thread; Hexus may have pulled a homer by leakin the performance figures ofthe NV36/FX5700 in their R9600XT review.

nVidia doesn't seem too happy, but neither side is saying too much. There's a little blurb at the inquirer. Horse's head, eh? Graphzilla becomin' a gangsta killa?

It's nice to have the info firs, but I'm surprised the review hasn'tbeen pulled yet.

Here's the Inquirer article;

And here's the original R9600XT review (containing the NV36) from Hexus;

ROFL at Inquirer's "Sensationalism-style" writing!

Too funny!

And WTF is up with review sites lately breaking NDAs everywhere? Even Anandtech didn't pull the Prescott blurb! This isn't funny at all. It's a breach of trust. I hope it backfires.

It could very easily backfire. Perhaps we won't see many more nV reviews from Hexus for a while.

What would be even worse would be if they are well-timed 'events' to detract from the competition. Oh my A has a new product but look at this super secret review of B's product whihc isn't ready to ship for weeks/months, hmm maybe I'll wait for that to come out. Yes it's conspiracy stuff, but it's also like those types of companies launch vs counter-lauch (even if it's just a paper one).
