Printing problems, only in Word???

Hello people from around the world;

I have a very strange problem:
A friend of mine has a computer running under Windows 2000,
and she uses MS Office 2000.
Her printer - an HP DeskJet 710c - prints perfectly in all software (Excel, internet etc.), except in Word.
In Word, it only prints a blank page.

I have already reinstalled Office, reinstalled the printer, but this does not solve the problem.

Could this be a Windows problem?
Or could there be some option in Word which is not checked or so?
This is really strange!
