Whats the word on this card?
A new chip, a newly overclocked chip, drivers once again changed to give better DX9 performance?
But I assume a price tag like $700 not to shabby, lol.

!Who can sell the most highest priced card, with the least improvement and get away with it!

Will this be a PCI-X card or is that the NV40?
If so kinda early, but not to far off. AMD approach.

there really is no use in spending AU 900+ on a card because in 2 months they will be down to 600. buy a middle range card and upgrade every year. more sensible and your games will look just as good.

Except that 2 weeks after you've put down the 600, you figure "for only 300 more I could have had more...." yet you're planning to wait another 50 weeks

IT's not PCI express card, and this card is simply overclocked 5900ultra with better cooling, so really even if you're a nVidia fanboy there's no point getting the 5950 over the 5900.

Just another way for nvidia to get more money for something that is not a huge improvement over the 5900.
