download toshiba fan check they have for laptops to see if the laptop fans are working. if they are see if dusk is in the or the air vents...a good cleaning of canned air sometimes helps. with laptops there going to get hot unless you put them on a loptop cooler or have an air space under them.

Make sure vents are properly cleaned.

Use COOLING PAD for the laptop while working for long hours or while heavy usage.It won't cost you much also and the performance of your laptop will be increased little bit.
