Select Start, Control, Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager, Mouse
and other pointing devices, right click on Mouse and select Properties.
What does it say in the Device Status box? Any error code?

Hope this helps.

My problem is with my System Configuration recognizing my monitor. When it was
initially configured, I'm not sure that the tech used the Samsung disc that came
with the monitor or a generic set of drivers (since the monitor was purchased
separately) but when I go to Control, Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager,
Monitors, then right click on "Monitors", all I see is "Plug and Play Monitor"
instead of "Samsung 913V". The monitor works fine but I'm curious if all the
correct driver(s) is (are) installed. Under Properties>Details, it shows the
Samsung ID, but not the model. Suggestions, please!
