Warranty?

If i buy a brand new Radeon 9800 Pro from someone on Ebay-am i entitled to a warranty from ATI-if not then I'll go for a brand new Crucial 9800 Pro.?

Thanks in advance-i dont fancy paying all that money out without any form of guarentee.

Call Ati and ask them.

I got a powercolor card from ebay and powercolor warrantied it for me, but charged me $20. I had a great ebay vendor though, he covered the $20 fee!
