I remember when I got my voodoo 3. Best box ever made for a graphics card. Those eyes... The card wasn't bad either.

the new driver seem pretty good for the fx line.

in old time you could connect a graphic accelerator to your video card. i had a matrox mystik connected with a voodoo 3 or something like that. i could run mechwarrior 3 in 1024x768 with smooth fps

Pro = Better memory and core speed (Ati)

nVidia has used Pro in the past, remember GeForce 2 Pro?

Here's another one I noticed.

MX = Very Very poor performance (nVidia)

I wouldn't neccessarily apply that "very very poor performance" label to all nVidia products when they were first introduced. I remember the GeForce 2 MX was a very sturdy card for its price even thought it was equipped with SD-RAM and lacked 2 graphics rendering pipelines compared to its bigger brothers.

No, but its not an entirely impossible card to find. Alot of people still have their old GeForce2 Pros & nVidia is subject to use the label once again in the future is all I'm saying. All I was saying is that you should make a distinction for nVidia's "Pro" cards because they have indeed used this in the not-so-distant past (Yr 2000ish)
