How can i update my dell inspiron n5050 bios

i bye a new laptop with free dos. i can change my os to win7. ofter installing win 7 os it shows error on blue screen, and the error message is please contact your dealer and ask for updated bios for your laptop.

please help me to s0lve this problem

go to dells support site for your laptop, follow the instructions to download and install the most recent BIOS.

If you are trying to install using some sort of recovery disk it will not work as OEM windows is tied to the motherboard and if it came without windows I am sure the license had been removed
