VAIO Recovery Wizard broken with PCG-7A2L

I have a Sony Vaio Model PCG-7A2L and for some reason the Recovery Wizard has disappeared from the maintenance file on my computer... I tried pressing the F10 button on start up and it just goes to a normal start up... what should I do???

I am in the same boat. I can not get vaio care to make the dvd's either. I know that the recovery partition is there cause I can view it through partition wizard. Does anyone know how to manually create a Recovery dvd from a partition already on the drive. I am kinda figuring that just coping all the files into a bootable .iso is not going to cut it
