How do I restart an Acer Laptop with a CD?

Hey so I ended up changing the adminstrator pssword on my laptop when i was completely wasted. how the frigg do I restart it to factory settings from the guest account?

u need to burn a CD called ophcrack <--search on google and find a website call lifehacker( they have some interesting stuff there)

you can basically "hack" into any computer of vista, 7 and xp (i think) of less than 14 characters
