The PSV - Arsenal game highlighted the fact that he fouls alot.

Possibly because the Premiership is much stronger than the Eredivisie? It's
not always a good thing to stay just because you're guaranteed CL football
every season, what's the point if you hardly progress beyond the first
phase?
