Isn't that the Vieira style as well? Or The Roy Keane style for that matter?
Or has this got something to do with the PSV-Arsenal game?

I don't see Van Bommel joining Spurs, with PSV he's playing Champions Cup
every season. The only reason for him to join Spurs would be for the money,
because wages in the Premiership are way higher than the Dutch league.

Rumours are he's going to Real Madrid.

I wouldn't really say that was Vieira's style.

The PSV - Arsenal game highlighted the fact that he fouls alot.

Possibly because the Premiership is much stronger than the Eredivisie? It's
not always a good thing to stay just because you're guaranteed CL football
every season, what's the point if you hardly progress beyond the first
phase?
