Gallag Bootleg (Blue Board) Starfield Info !!

Can anybody please let me know if they have any information relating to the
starfield generator on the gallag bootleg blue board?

IS it one of the Eproms, if so which one or which location?
I have a board which has a starfield playing up big time but the voltage to
the video board is good (+4.92 - 5v).
( I have installed jumper wires from the main cpu board directly to the
video board to solve any low voltage issues... hopefully)

Also does anyone know if the bootleg board also uses the 256kb rom files or
does it deal with this differently also.
