Okay I just bought a GeForce FX 5200 and I want to get a fan for it. Anyone know a good place to get one or is there a universal one I can get?

Thermaltake crystal orbs are decent I guess.

But you'll probably get better results just by lapping your current cooler and using some Arctic Silver 2 instead of those miserable thermal pads.

Little ol' blue orb (about 10US dollars) is <A HREF="http://www.vitalitycomputer.com/vitalitycomputer/aluminumvgafan.html" target="_new">here</A>

Hope this helps!

I've heard that the orbs are pretty loud. I have a chenbro xpider case, my cpu fan is a volcano 11+ xaser edition (with manual control), and I have a 92 mm vantec stealth in the front of my case, and a 120mm stealth in the back. I would like to find a good heatsink/fan combo to slap on my 9800 Pro, but I need a quiet one as well. Any suggestions?

Zalman heat pipe all the way, if quiet is what you want.

Most heatsinks will hold a 40mm CPU fan using sheet metal screws. This is the BEST solution, it's quieter than a standard GPU cooler and works better also! Why does it work better? The passive cooler has a lot more surface area than the sinks on fan coolers.
