TECH: Dig Dugs monitor

My Dig Dugs monitor quit working so I replaced it with a monitor I know
works. When I power it up the game comes on but the monitor is black.
You can hear the game playing but there is no picture at all. The fuses
all appear to be fine, I looked inside and everything appeares to be in
order. I'd appreciate any advice on where to start looking for the
problem.

Turn the game on and use the back of your hand near the screen. If the
hair on your hand raises up you have hi voltage. Dose anything appear
on the screen when you turn the game off? White flash?? Check your Sync
connection to the monitor. Also check the pin in on the new monitor
verses the old.
