When loading a disk onto the hard drive the window does not open all the way

Hello,
I loaded a new disk on my laptop and when i opened the program the window did not open to where i could click on apply & etc. How do i get the window to open to be able to click on those items at bottom of window?

If you click the left button on the top edge of a window..... click and hold the button down..... you can usually drag it around to another part of the window where it's all visible.
Or if that windows has the top right corner buttons for Minmize/FullScreen/Exit.....use the full screen button.
