By 'over the internet' you mean, using your browser. copy
and paste this into your address bar.

Microsoft's base stations are not accessible for administration over the
Internet. However, you can - within your own Local Area Network - access
the management software as described in Gary's post by entering the base
station/router IP address in your browser's address line.
