tech: i robot video board problem

if anyone out there can help, i would appreciate it. I have an I Robot
that for the most part works has glitchy graphics i replaced the 4264
RAM and the glithy went away but now the background area what is
supposed to be black, now flashes white/black real fast and give you a
head ache. has anyone dealt with this problem that can help?
