does anyone know how to enable vsync for medal of honor allied assault? i get a lot of tearing. i have a radeon8500 w/catalyst 2.2 and set the vsync on application preference but dont know how to turn it on in MOHAA.

I always thought that if you turned on vsync in the drivers, that it was on period. In fact, other than Rogue Squadron, I can't think of any other gamez that let you change that. Unreal Tournament?

You can adjust the refresh rate, if that's what you're wanting to do. But it doesn't sound like it.

It also sounds like you have some case cooling issues.

i dont have case cooling issues. my case temp is max 38c and cpu 51c on load. i just c alot of tearing even though i put "application preference" in the ati catalyst 2.2 driver on openGL. Jedi Knight 2 jedi outcast doesnt tear at all because i turned on the vsync in the options menu. i wanna know if there's such an option for MOH:AA
