Page loading progress bar gone

Hello~

I have a question I hope someone can help me with. I am using Windows
XP Home Version and my page loading progress bar at the bottom of every
page is now gone. I don't know how to get it back. I haven't been
messing with any settings so I don't know what I did to cause this. I
can't find where this setting might be on the PC. Could someone help
me, please?
