Reinstalled WinXP question

The hard drive on my system went down and I had to format and reinstall Windows XP. How do I get the newly installed OS to recognize all the stuff I have on my second hard drive? I want everything on the second drive on my start menu and I also want my other system to be able to use the second hard drive through file sharing.

If they are program files that require registry settings (eg. Photoshop, Microsoft Office), you have to reinstall them.

I also want my other system to be able to use the second hard drive through file sharing.

Setup a new share.

Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
