Wanna Laugh? nV says ATI mfr. process 'DANGEROUS'!

If someone outdoes you I guess you call their methods Dangerous.

Sounds more like; 'Ummm.. we could do that too... but we don't wanna!'

True.

It's like, hey, you're obviously cheating in the manufacturing process!

Optimized mfr. process! Dangerous!

BTW, I think the majoic difference between ATI's solution and nV's is JosLouis filling versus Twinkie filling.

I'm telling you it's something as simple as that, or maybe something like Tim Hortons versus Krispy Kreme, it's the Blueberry Fritter of Fabrication!

u guys, i dont think u can blame nVidia on this one. IBM had trouble with Low K from their 0.13 micron fab remember? soo it could be IBM that's telling nVidia
"oh... low K....BAD!!! DANGEROUS.....YES!!"

don't come to a conclusion without understanding the situation ;)

But the thing is, who wants to cover the fact that
"IBM has trouble with Low K process" more?
i dont see how nVidia would give a f***, sure with low K their chips run cooler but i dont think they ever cared about the temperture of their chips anyways.

Other the other hand, IBM has to be very careful. They got TSMC and UMC behind their ass. The fact that TSMC can make Low K 0.13 micron chips and IBM can't could affect their reputation as well as costumers.

hmmm think about that

SargeDuck, there's a Tim's in my building at work.
MMmm Blueberry fritter with a Double-Double @ 6am! MMmmm!
There's also one right by my house that's 24/7.

The only thing that bothers me about Tim's is NO Interac, All Cash!

I think they used the goo from the Boston Cream as Thermal Epoxy for the FX series.

The Boston Cream might work as Thermal epoxy, but I think that the lemon from the "lemon delight" might look cooler. It's already glowing!!

6am? everyday? There was a time two years ago at my job where I had to go in for 6 in the morning. Towards the end my body did get used to it, but I couldn't stand going to bed so early :(

ROFL!

It is becoming increasingly hard to remain a NV fanboy those guys are just turning into clowns no less. Wow they get beat one or two product cycles big deal, they need to get over themselves.

I just tell it like it is and some can't handle it. If your experience is different, well congratu-fukulation.
