windows xp pro shutdown problem

have a problem my puter shuts down , without reason ..xp2500 - power
supply is fine "just replaced "
no known virus, all fans work ..now windows xp pro won`t load ..when i try
to reload it it shuts off ..any idea`s

Boot to the XP setup CD, and press 'r' for recovery console, run the command : CHKDSK /R
