Updates

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support (More info?)

Every time I sign on to the Help section, it says there are updates to
download. The process starts, but then freezes every time. I have to cancel
out. My on-line help option does not work.
Any suggestions??

I tried the options and everything looked ok....when I tried to rename the
edb.log file, the response was "the process can't access, file being used by
another process"...any ideas?
