As I have separate sound card in my system (audigy2) will this work ?

At the moment I have picture on monitor 2 (tv) I just drag over the webpage to new screen.
But no sound from tv.

What do i need to do ?

control panel / sound and switch the standard playback device to hdmi. To use the audigy, you have to switch it back.

And i'm on a German win7-64. :)  There should be a "playback" tab, where all playback devices are listed? The audigy (or speakers) and an AMD HDMI output? While playing music, you should see the bars moving next to the active device. If it's not the HDMI, click on it and the "as standard" button.

Nope! The soundMAX digital audio is the digital output of your onboard sound chip. It looks to me like the AMD driver for your graphics card is not installed properly?
